Planning and budget

For us it is of utmost importance that the client is fully aware from the very start of our partnership, what the budget of the conceptual design will be and how much time will be necessary for its implementation. Therefore, immediately after preparing the interior design concept and the 3D visualizations we develop a linear time schedule. 
It details the time, sequence and duration of the processes for the overall process implementation, including the design itself, constructing all the utility systems and installations, the time required for the production of all the orders, the deliveries and installation activities. When the main floorings, furniture and lighting are chosen, the budget is presented, which is usually very precise and accurate, due to our long experience.
